-April 15th, 2009 - Dragon Gate USA is announced with the launch of www.DGUSA.tv.
-June 17th, 2009 - It is announced that G-Funk has brokered a deal to
put Dragon Gate USA on national pay-per-view in the United States and
Canada.
-July 25th, 2009 - The first DGUSA event, "Open The Historic Gate",
takes place in Philadelphia.
-September 6th, 2009 - DGUSA makes its Chicago debut with the "Open
The Untouchable Gate" event.
-November 28th, 2009 - BxB Hulk wins tournament in Philadelphia to become
the first Open The Freedom Gate Champion.
-December 6th, 2009 - BxB Hulk defends the Open The Freedom Gate Title against Susumu Yokosuka in Japan to immediately build the international prestige of the championship.
-March 26th, 2010 - DGUSA debuts in Phoenix, AZ for its first DVD only taping. The weekend marks the first ever DGUSA double shot.
-May 7th, 2010 - DGUSA presents its first ever show in Canada.
-July 24th, 2010 - DGUSA celebrates its first anniversary.
-September 26th, 2010 - The entire DGUSA roster pulls together to set up the ring after the original ring canceled in the last second. This is a significant date because of the effort and teamwork it took to pull this show off.
-October 29th, 2010 - DGUSA enters the live iPPV universe with "Bushido: Code Of The Warrior" from Fall River, MA.
-January 28th, 2011 - YAMATO defeats BxB Hulk to win the Open The Freedom Gate Title when DGUSA presents its first show in Manhattan, NY.
